IXTIA LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company.

We only collect limited information necessary to respond to inquiries and maintain client relationships:

• Contact form: Name, email, company, phone, message.
• Commercial communications (CRM): Contact details, communication history, notes.
• Cookies & analytics (only with consent): GA4/gtag events, anonymized IP, device/browser data, pages visited.

We do not collect data for newsletters, lead magnets, accounts, or recruitment.

We use your information for:

• Responding to your inquiries.
• Managing pre-contractual and contractual communications.
• Ensuring security and proper functioning of our site.
• Complying with legal obligations.

Legal basis (GDPR): Our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and managing business communications.

• Contact inquiries and CRM leads: up to 24 months without interaction.
• Financial and invoicing records: 6 years (legal obligation).

All providers comply with applicable laws and, where relevant, transfer safeguards (e.g., EU–US Data Privacy Framework or SCCs).

If you are located in the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to the United States where some of our providers are located. In such cases, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including:

• Encrypted communications (TLS/HTTPS).
• Access control with MFA for internal tools.
• Limited access to authorized personnel only.
• Secure backups and monitoring.

No central client database is maintained; communications are handled manually via email.

Our services are intended only for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
